Everyone has their holiday traditions, and Easter is no exception. In spite of the fact that I was raised Jewish, my sister and I always loved Easter time as children. My mother would make us baskets filled with pastel candies and chocolate bunnies, and we would dye eggs with different techniques each year. The past few years my Easters have been spent with my boyfriend’s very large family that has an annual “Ladies Egg Hunt” where all the men hide (or rather throw into annoying spots) the plastic eggs and the women compete.
Although these are very casaul ways of celebrating Easter, I know there are many people out there who love using holidays as an excuse to throw a great party. Below are a couple of great pictures and ideas I have found for your next “hoppin” party.

Such a beautiful centerpiece idea
Homemade favors anyone?

I LOVE these eggs. The colors are so beautiful and how cool are these designs? You can do these at home so easily with great dye and leaves and ferns from nature

Perfect Easter colors and a great gift. I found this at Paper-source.com
Top three ideas for an Easter Party:
Use color. Whether you use patterns (such as polka dots!) or plain Easter is all about the emergence of spring and freshness.
Don’t feel restricted to pastels. Pastels are always beautiful and feel like Easter but there are no rules on color. Want a white theme? find a way to incorporate white bunnies and white on white eggs. It could end up looking very smart.
Play to your audience. Having a kids’ Easter party? Have plenty of games, cute stuffed animals, and lots of fun finger foods. A grown up Easter celebration? Get rid of the cutesy stuff and concentrate on design. Easter can incorporate very sophisticated uses of design and color and be creative with putting this across to your guests. Come up with cool cocktails such as a “Jelly Bean Martini” and creative Hor D’ourves.
